Happy Days is based on the true events of the CIA’s involvement in the adult film industry in L.A. The story follows a director as he is recruited in 1959 to make a "special" film for the CIA, (Code Name: “Operation Happy Days”).

A wild, crazy and yet unbelievably true story of a CIA black-ops that spins a tale of intrigue, sex and the underbelly of the film industry.
